Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a Talent Development Manager for Signia Hilton Naples Beach Resort. The role focuses on creating and executing talent management, learning, and leadership development strategies to elevate guest experiences at a luxury resort.

You will partner with department leaders to attract, develop, and retain exceptional talent, fostering a culture of continuous learning and service excellence.

Qualifications

• College education required; degree in hospitality, HR, or business administration preferred.
• Two years' experience at a luxury hotel or resort.
• Experience on Forbes 4- or 5-Star properties preferred.
• Excellent computer proficiency: Workday, Excel, Outlook, Canva, and Microsoft 365.
• Strong verbal and written English communication; Spanish or Creole preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute talent management and learning strategies for the resort.
• Collaborate with department leaders to attract, develop, and retain talent.
• Design, implement, and manage learning and leadership development programs.
• Coach leaders on performance management, coaching, and development skills.
• Maintain training records and ensure compliance with brand standards and service levels.
• Partner with executives to identify high-potential talent and succession plans.
• Coordinate mentoring and cross-training initiatives across departments.
