Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business or equivalent.
• Five+ years in luxury hotel HR leadership roles (Assistant Director or Director).
• Experience with Workday is a plus.
• Active affiliation with HR networks and ongoing involvement preferred.
• Broad knowledge of employment law, compensation, organizational planning, development, relations, safety, and training.
