Job summary

HHM Hotels seeks a Senior Vice President of Strategic Operations to lead enterprise-wide initiatives across the portfolio. You will align operations, analytics, technology, brand performance, and owner relations to improve hotel performance.

You will translate business priorities into scalable operating strategies, oversee multiple functions, and guide executive leadership on risks and opportunities. This role drives cross-functional projects and ensures readiness across transitions and openings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in hotel operations or strategic operations.
• Senior-level experience supporting a multi-property portfolio across branded and independent hotels.
