Job summary

Renewal by Andersen Metro & Midwest is expanding its Westchester territory and seeks motivated Design Consultants to visit residential homes, present window and door replacement options, and close deals on the spot. You will travel to customer sites, deliver compelling presentations, and guide homeowners through the decision process.

This full-time, commission-based role includes paid training, mentorship, and a path to substantial earnings with a trusted brand.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Comfortable traveling up to 2 hours for appointments.
• Ability to lift and carry 40–60 lbs of sample materials.
• Capable of navigating applications on an iPad.
• 2+ years of sales success in luxury goods, premium services, or high-value transactions.
• Willingness to learn a structured and proven sales process.

Responsibilities

• Go to pre-scheduled appointments in residential homes and conduct sales presentations.
• Provide homeowners with information to make a same-day decision on window and door replacement.
• Close sales in a single call; no project management or follow-up required.
