Renewal by Andersen is seeking motivated sales professionals to join our training class in November 2026. Design Consultants visit residential homes, present solutions, and close deals on the spot. The role includes a full commission structure, paid training, and opportunities for annual performance trips.

Average consultants earn $150k–$200k with uncapped commissions, plus benefits such as medical/dental/vision/Life insurance and employer RRSP match. Travel up to 3 hours daily is required.

Competenze

• 2+ years of sales success in luxury goods, premium services, or high-value transactions.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to learn a structured and proven sales process.

Mansioni

• Go to pre-scheduled appointments in residential homes and conduct sales presentations.
• Provide homeowners with information to make a same-day decision on window/door replacements.
• This is a strong sales closing role with uncapped commissions and paid training.
