gpac is seeking an experienced Custom Home Estimator to join a growing luxury residential construction team that builds multimillion-dollar homes.

The role covers estimating from preconstruction to final pricing, with detailed takeoffs, budgets, and bids, while reviewing plans and coordinating with architects, designers, homeowners, and subs.

Formación

• Experience estimating large, high-end custom homes (2M–10M+).
• Strong knowledge of luxury residential construction, finishes, and trades.
• Excellent attention to detail and communication.
• Experience with estimating/construction software.

Custom Home Estimator - Luxury Residential

We are seeking an experienced Custom Home Estimator to join a growing luxury residential construction company specializing in multimillion-dollar custom homes.

Responsibilities

• Estimate high-end custom residential projects from preconstruction through final pricing.
• Perform detailed takeoffs, budgets, material/labor pricing, and subcontractor bids.
• Review plans, specifications, and finish schedules.
• Partner with architects, designers, homeowners, project managers, and subcontractors.
• Identify cost risks, scope gaps, and value-engineering opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience estimating large, high-end custom homes, ideally $2M-$10M+ projects.
• Strong knowledge of luxury residential construction, materials, finishes, and trades.
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
• Experience with estimating/construction software.

Lakeside/waterfront Construction Experience Is Strongly Preferred.
