You will manage Project Management and Field Operations teams, drive scheduling, budgeting, quality, and client satisfaction while partnering with executives on strategic growth.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading luxury residential construction projects.
• Experience managing both Project Management and Field Operations teams.
• Proven success building operational systems within a growing organization.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience improving processes while maintaining client service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of multiple luxury residential projects from contract through closeout.
• Lead Project Managers and Field Leadership teams.
• Balance schedules, manpower, subcontractors, and resources across active projects.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to high quality standards.
• Improve scheduling, reporting, forecasting, and project management systems.
