Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of executive management experience in luxury homebuilding, residential construction, or design-build.
• Ability to lead multiple departments (sales, estimating, design, production, finance, admin).
• Proven track record turning founder vision into measurable results and scalable operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead all major departments and establish clear ownership and accountability.
• Build an operating system that connects every department and reduces bottlenecks.
• Improve sales conversion, margins, and cash flow while protecting profit.
• Institute weekly executive meetings, scorecards, and strategic priorities.
• Ensure projects finish on time, on budget, and deliver white-glove client experiences.
• Transition founder involvement to a professionally managed organization.
