Job summary

Michael Page is seeking an Assistant Project Manager for a growing luxury residential builder in South Florida. You will support project execution from preconstruction through closeout and gain exposure to high-end residential construction and client-facing operations.

The role emphasizes coordinating with owners, architects, and field teams, maintaining schedules and budgets, and contributing to documentation and reporting. Progression to Project Manager is available.

Qualifications

• 1-5 years of construction experience as a Project Engineer, Coordinator, Project Administrator, or Assistant Project Manager.
• Experience managing RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software.
• Residential construction experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers with budgets, schedules, procurement, and project documentation.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, permits, and meeting minutes.
• Coordinate with owners, architects, designers, subcontractors, and field teams.
• Assist with cost tracking, contract administration, and project reporting.
• Help ensure projects meet quality, schedule, and client expectations.
