Job summary

TUMI is seeking a Holiday Sales Associate to create a high-end client experience in our retail environment. You will build and maintain client relationships, drive sales through exceptional service, and reflect the brand ethos in every interaction.

The role requires passion for luxury fashion and travel lifestyle, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to work nights, weekends, mornings and holidays as needed. Growth opportunities are emphasized within a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• Understand the TUMI brand and have true passion for the lifestyle, clients, and product assortment.
• Value a collaborative environment and openness to feedback.
• Retail team stands, moves around the store, lifts, pushes boxes up to 30 pounds, and uses a ladder to complete duties.
• Have strong sales and client experience, preferably in the luxury market.
• Can demonstrate proven success in meeting sales goals and KPI targets.
• Flexible availability to work nights, weekends, mornings and holidays.
• Strong sense of integrity and ability to lead by example.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed individual and store baseline goals for personal sales and KPI metrics including conversion, DPT, UPT and Client Data Capture.
• Demonstrate organizational core values and team cooperation.
• Communicate effectively, listen actively, and adapt communication to the audience; maintain ethical conduct.
• Ensure payroll accuracy by managing timecards and meet deadlines.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and deliver a superior client experience.
