Job summary

Gilder Search Group is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead and oversee building technology projects in Broward County and Southeast Florida. The role manages field personnel, client communications, schedules and budgets for Commercial Low Voltage systems including Access Control, CCTV, Intercom, Burglar Alarms and A/V installations.

Brand experience with Honeywell, S2, Keri and Linear is a plus. Company truck provided; base pay plus OT; full benefits and 401(k) offered.

Qualifications

• Experience leading AV, security and low‑voltage integration projects.
• Strong communication with clients and stakeholders.
• Ability to manage schedules, budgets and field personnel.
