Worth Ross Management Company (WRMC) is seeking a dependable Maintenance Technician for our luxury condominium community in Downtown Austin. You will report to the Chief Building Engineer and ensure safe, efficient operation of common areas and residential units.

Responsibilities include routine maintenance, basic plumbing/electrical work, HVAC tasks, move-in/move-out support, and vendor coordination. On-call availability and a proactive, detail-oriented approach are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years in property/building maintenance preferred.
• Experience with basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, drywall, carpentry and locks.
• On-call availability and responsiveness expected.

Responsabilités

• Perform routine maintenance and basic repairs in common areas and residential units.
• Handle light plumbing, electrical work, painting, drywall patching, carpentry, and lock repairs.
• Assist with HVAC tasks such as filter replacement and basic inspections.
• Support move-ins/outs by preparing areas and assisting with logistics.
• Escort vendors/contractors, operate freight elevators, and conduct pre/post-work walkthroughs.
