Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking an experienced Leasing Manager for Alta ART Tower, a 314-unit high-rise offering modern one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments. You will lead the on-site leasing team, drive occupancy, and coordinate marketing, leasing, and resident relations to exceed revenue targets.

Responsabilités

• Direct marketing, advertising, and sales activities to meet revenue goals
• Oversee the on-site leasing team and daily leasing activities

• Review financial and operational reports to resolve leasing issues

Art Tower has an immediate opening for an experienced Leasing Manager! Our team members are high performers that care about customer service and exceed expectations. The Leasing Manager plays a critical role in our success. Alta ART Tower is a 314 unit high-rise offering modern one-, two-, and three bedroom apartments that are stylish yet understated, perfect for displaying art. Residents can spend time strolling the gallery space, hosting a jam session in the music practice studio or staying fit in the luxury gym. The community is a 10-minute walk to downtown, a two-minute walk to the light rail and close to the lively Pearl District.

JOB DESCRIPTION

What your day might look like

• Being part of a team and having fun while providing excellent customer service


• Ensures achievement of community’s revenue and occupancy goals by directing marketing, advertising, and sales activities, overseeing on-site traffic, and monitoring day-to-day sales and leasing activities


• Oversee the on-site leasing team


• Actively participates in the leasing process by generating and monitoring traffic, leasing apartments, preparing lease documentation, and completing move-in procedures


• Review and analyze financial, shop, closing ratio, and other operational reports to identify and resolve issues impacting leasing performance


• Respond to resident and ownership questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner

What we are looking for

• Previous multi-family leasing experience, additional luxury high-rise experience is preferred, but a positive can-do attitude is required


• Proficient in MS Office Suite, additional property management software (Yardi/One Site) desired but not required


• Demonstrated ability to read, write, and communicate effectively and complete legal documents, sell and explain apartment features, and answer resident questions


• High level of professionalism in both manner and dress

The hourly range for this role is $25.00 - $27.00

Additional Compensation

Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including business requirements, prior experience, current skills and geographical location.

• Corporate Positions:Inaddition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participateina quarterly or annual bonus program based onindividual and company performance.


• Onsite Property Positions:Inaddition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participatein weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly bonus programs.
