The ideal candidate will have at least five years of managerial experience in building management and a relevant Bachelor’s degree. Qualifications

• Minimum five (5) years of managerial experience in building management.

• Ability to read and interpret technical procedures and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the condominium complex.
• Negotiate and oversee contracts for maintenance services.
• Prepare an Annual Budget and Five-Year Capital Improvement Plan.
