PCP Elevate is opening a brand-new 324-unit luxury high-rise in the Denver Tech Center. The Property Manager will lead daily operations, maximize cash flow, and deliver exceptional resident experiences while building a high-performance team culture.

You will oversee leasing, budget management, and capital improvements, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations, and coordinating with regional leadership to shape the community from opening onward.

Qualifications

• Experience leading property operations and teams
• Hospitality-driven leadership
• Experience with lease-ups and brand-new communities

Responsibilities

• Manage financial performance to achieve budgeted NOI
• Maximize rent growth while controlling expenses
• Oversee leasing, renewals, and occupancy targets
• Ensure compliance with PCP Elevate policies and regulations
• Oversee maintenance and service requests
• Lead and develop team through coaching and training
• Support capital improvements and vendor management
