Job summary

IMT Residential is seeking a Leasing Consultant for IMT Cherry Creek, a luxury 399-unit community in Denver. You will greet prospective residents, tour apartments, and guide them from inquiry to move-in, building relationships and delivering exceptional service.

The role requires weekend availability and offers a Friday–Tuesday schedule with Wednesdays and Thursdays off, plus a compensation package with bonuses and benefits. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, hospitality, or customer service (apartment leasing experience is a plus!).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, able to juggle multiple priorities.
• Goal-driven with incentives based on performance.
• Able to work weekends when prospective residents are active.

Responsibilities

• Create an outstanding leasing experience by connecting with prospective residents and helping them discover their perfect home.
• Tour available apartments and highlight community amenities, features, and lifestyle benefits.
• Build strong relationships with residents by providing responsive, personalized service.
• Support resident retention efforts by managing lease renewals and enhancing the resident experience.
• Maintain a deep understanding of Fair Housing laws and ensure compliance in all interactions.
• Help keep the community looking its best by ensuring exceptional curb appeal and site conditions.
• Support marketing initiatives, outreach efforts, resident events, and promotional programs.
• Conduct market research to help drive leasing success and stay competitive.
• Use MRI software to maintain accurate records, manage information, and generate reports.
• Collaborate with the Community Manager and team on special projects and additional responsibilities.
