Next Health seeks a General Manager to lead luxury healthcare operations in San Diego, ensuring an exceptional patient experience while supervising staff and maintaining regulatory compliance, including HIPAA.

You will drive membership growth, recruit and manage talent, and oversee financial performance, collaborating with sales/marketing to expand location reach. Strong healthcare/hospitality leadership and financial acumen are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in healthcare, fitness, or hospitality management, preferably in a clinical setting.
• Proven ability to lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals.
• Strong financial management skills and experience.
• Thorough knowledge of HR-related business practices, including recruiting, timesheet auditing, benefits administration, coaching, etc.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• HIPAA regulations and patient privacy compliance knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee luxury healthcare operations to deliver exceptional patient experiences.
• Provide strong leadership in people management and stakeholder collaboration.
• Oversee compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, including HIPAA.
• Ensure patient care and services meet industry and regulatory standards.
• Supervise facility staff including clinicians and front-desk personnel.
• Manage talent lifecycle and workforce planning to prevent disruptions.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding and offboarding of location hires.
• Drive financial performance and align operations with revenue goals.
• Stay informed on safety regulations and maintain a secure facility.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to grow location-specific business.
• Develop and mentor team members and sustain high morale.
• Maintain strong relationships with patients, providers and community stakeholders.
