Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year experience in related position.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs and stand for 8 hours.
• English language proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Cleans guestrooms as assigned by management and in accordance with hotel standards.
• Inspects rooms for cleanliness and supplies.
• Provides genuine hospitality and promotes hotel services.
• Anticipates guest needs and addresses concerns to ensure satisfaction.
• Proficient in safe operation of cleaning equipment and report defects.
• Report and hand in any keys found in check-out rooms.
• Keep linen rooms tidy, stocked, and equipment clean.
• Report damages/maintenance in HotSOS as needed.
• Carry out additional cleaning duties as directed by management.
