Kohler Hospitality is seeking part-time, year-round guest services professionals for Riverbend estate in Kohler, WI. Onsite shifts, with varying hours from early morning to late evening, include greeting guests, checking them in, and assisting with reservations while maintaining a polished, welcoming environment.

Applicants should have at least two years in luxury hospitality, strong communication skills, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid regular driver’s license.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be able to lift 25-50 pounds daily.
• Work hours include weekends/holidays with early start or late end (5am–1am) based on business need.
• At least two years’ experience in luxury hospitality setting.
• Experience using property management systems or hotel software.

Responsibilities

• Open the door and greet guests with a sense of arrival, using proper greeting and last name.
• Register guests in the property management system.
• Escort guests to their rooms with luggage.
• Valet or direct guests to self-parking as requested.
• Assist guests with reservations for resort properties.
• Maintain a clean front desk area and related public spaces.
