Job summary

Genesis of Cherry Hill is seeking an enthusiastic Guest Hospitality Curator to serve as the first point of contact for every guest entering our dealership. You will warmly greet guests, identify the purpose of their visit, and connect them with the appropriate team member to ensure a seamless luxury experience.

In a fast-paced showroom, you will maintain a polished reception area, anticipate guest needs, and uphold Genesis brand standards while delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred, particularly within luxury automotive, hospitality, airline, hotel, restaurant, or high-end retail environments.
• Outstanding interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to engage guests naturally and professionally.
• Strong situational awareness and ability to recognize when a guest requires assistance.
• Ability to multitask and remain composed during periods of heavy showroom traffic.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic computer proficiency with the ability to learn dealership systems.
• Ability to communicate effectively with sales, service, management, and support departments.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests immediately and warmly as they enter the dealership and determine the purpose of their visit.
• Direct guests to the appropriate department or team member and ensure proper handoffs.
• Create a luxurious, professional atmosphere and offer refreshments to waiting guests.
• Anticipate guest needs and proactively assist without waiting to be asked.
• Assist with showroom presentation, cleanliness, and stock of the customer lounge.
• Support dealership events, promotions, and general hospitality tasks as needed.
