Genesis of Cherry Hill is seeking an enthusiastic Guest Hospitality Curator to serve as the first point of contact for every guest entering our dealership. You will warmly greet guests, identify the purpose of their visit, and connect them with the appropriate team member to ensure a seamless luxury experience.

In a fast-paced showroom, you will maintain a polished reception area, anticipate guest needs, and uphold Genesis brand standards while delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred, particularly within luxury automotive, hospitality, airline, hotel, restaurant, or high-end retail environments.
• Outstanding interpersonal and verbal communication skills.

Genesis of Cherry Hill is seeking an enthusiastic, professional, and polished individual to serve as our Guest Hospitality Curator.

The Guest Hospitality Curator is the first point of contact for every guest entering our dealership and plays an important role in creating the luxury experience expected of the Genesis brand.

The primary responsibility of this position is to ensure that every guest is immediately acknowledged, welcomed, identified, and connected with the appropriate team member or department. No guest should enter our showroom without being greeted or be left wondering where to go or who is assisting them.

This position requires exceptional hospitality, strong situational awareness, professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple guests and priorities in a fast-paced luxury retail environment.

Primary Responsibilities

Guest Greeting & Traffic Management

• Immediately acknowledge and warmly greet every guest entering the dealership.
• Determine the purpose of each guest's visit, including sales, service, scheduled appointments, vehicle deliveries, vendors, or other dealership business.
• Identify scheduled appointments and promptly notify the appropriate team member of the guest's arrival.
• Ensure walk-in sales guests are promptly introduced and handed off to the appropriate GXM or manager.
• Direct service guests and other visitors to the appropriate department or team member.
• Maintain awareness of showroom traffic and ensure no guest is left unattended or uncertain about who is assisting them.
• Maintain clear communication with the sales management team regarding incoming guests and showroom activity.
• Ensure responsibility for each guest is clearly transferred to another team member before returning attention to the front entrance.

Luxury Guest Experience

• Create a warm, professional, and welcoming atmosphere consistent with a luxury hospitality environment.
• Offer guests refreshments and ensure waiting guests remain comfortable and acknowledged.
• Check in with guests who are waiting for assistance when appropriate.
• Anticipate guest needs and proactively assist rather than waiting to be asked.
• Handle basic guest questions professionally and seek assistance from the appropriate team member when necessary.
• Assist in resolving minor guest concerns calmly and professionally while involving management when appropriate.

Brand & Showroom Presentation

• Maintain a professional, polished, and well-groomed appearance consistent with the Genesis luxury brand.
• Maintain the appearance and organization of the reception area, showroom, customer lounge, and other customer-facing areas.
• Immediately communicate cleanliness, presentation, or facility concerns to the appropriate team member.
• Ensure the customer lounge remains properly stocked with refreshments and current reading materials.
• Help maintain an inviting showroom environment throughout the day.

Secondary & Downtime Responsibilities

The Guest Hospitality Curator's first priority is always the guest experience and front-door coverage. When guest traffic permits, additional responsibilities may include:

• Prepare and package customer delivery gifts.
• Assist with guest tags and coordinate installation with the appropriate team member.
• Assist with dealership events, special promotions, and customer functions.
• Help maintain hospitality supplies and refreshments.
• Assist with reasonable administrative or showroom-related tasks as directed by management.

Secondary responsibilities should never interfere with the Curator's ability to immediately recognize and assist arriving guests.
