Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven strong background in Guest Relations or Guest Services.
• 1-2 years in guest services, reservations in luxury environment.
• Experience supervising and managing staff.
• Strong communication and problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise front desk, PBX, concierge and bell staff.
• Ensure efficient, friendly guest registration and check-out.
• Greet arriving guests and offer welcome beverage.
• Provide concierge services for dining, wineries, events.
• Review reservations and VIP requests; coordinate day’s activities.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel amenities and services.
• Ensure proper cashiering procedures and shift transactions.
• Document maintenance and relay information to management.
