Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer resort phone calls within three rings and take messages.
• Provide guest information and directions.

• Check-in/check-out guests in a gracious, professional manner.
• Assist with reservations and transportation requests.
• Maintain front desk records and logs.
• Deliver luggage and escort guests to rooms.
• Ensure reports and forms are completed daily.
