We are seeking a friendly and efficient Concierge Assistant to join our team in Los Angeles As a Concierge Assistant you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests at our luxury hotel Your main duties will include greeting guests upon arrival assisting with check-in and check-out processes and providing information about hotel amenities and local attractions You will also be responsible for making reservations for guests at restaurants arranging transportation and handling guest requests The ideal candidate for this role will have previous experience in the hospitality industry and possess excellent communication skills A high level of professionalism and attention to detail is required to ensure that our guests have a memorable stay at our hotel

Key Responsibilities
