Heritage Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor in Albuquerque, NM. You will lead daily housekeeping operations, inspect rooms and public spaces, coach a frontline team, and ensure guest-ready standards across the property. Strong leadership, attention to detail, and communication are essential to drive guest satisfaction.

Your role supports Front Desk and Engineering teams while maintaining safety and brand standards in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily housekeeping operations under the Housekeeping Manager.
• Assign and coordinate daily work based on occupancy and arrivals.
• Inspect guest rooms and public areas for cleanliness and safety.
• Coach and support team members to improve performance and consistency.
• Communicate room status updates with Front Desk.
• Oversee deep cleaning programs and PPE compliance.
• Maintain inspection logs and operational documentation.
• Respond to guest requests promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with Front Desk, Engineering and leadership teams.
• Perform other duties as needed.
