Job summary

The Group Sales Executive at The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection manages the full sales lifecycle for inbound MICE and Affinity Group opportunities across MICE, Trade, and Direct channels. Focused on converting qualified leads into confirmed business, this role partners with Regional Sales Directors to drive revenue through timely lead management, proposals, and contract negotiations.

The ideal candidate is highly organized and commercially driven, with experience handling complex group sales

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in group sales, hospitality, cruise, luxury travel, or related industries.
• Experience managing MICE, affinity, or leisure group business.
• Strong knowledge of group travel segments and needs (affinity, corporate, incentive).
• Strong understanding of trade distribution channels, commissions, and agency partnerships.
• Proven ability to manage multiple sales opportunities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with CRM systems, pipeline management, and sales reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full sales pipeline for MICE and Affinity Group opportunities across Trade and Direct channels.
• Manage inbound and outbound group sales opportunities and partnerships.
• Develop proposals, pricing, contracts, and related sales documentation.
• Negotiate concessions and terms to close group business.
• Identify upsell opportunities across flights, hotels, transfers, excursions and onboard experiences.
• Collaborate with Revenue Management, Reservations, Operations, Finance, Marketing, and onboard teams.
• Deliver a high-touch client experience to foster retention and repeat business.
