The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection is seeking an Inside Sales Support Specialist to deliver administrative support for B2B and indirect sales channels, coordinating workflows across departments. Responsibilities include agency database management, invoice handling, commission processing, and collaboration with SAMs to grow the travel advisor network and bookings.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-year college degree or 3 years' sales/customer service experience.
• 1–2 years' experience in customer service or sales.
• Experience in luxury cruise segment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide travel agency database registration and vendor onboarding.
• Process invoices and reconcile Travel Advisor commissions with Accounting.
• Maintain Travel Agency database and ensure up-to-date agency info.
• Support Trade SAMs in developing partner portfolios and capturing opportunities.
• Manage bookings, modifications, and guest preferences with internal teams.
• Meet assigned sales and activity targets.
