Job summary
The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection is seeking a Partner Assistance Manager (Trade Sales) to lead the trade team and drive revenue while delivering exceptional customer service. You will manage the travel agency reservation process, inquiries, changes, and cancellations through our global call center and introduce our luxury yacht vacations to travel professionals worldwide.

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of Customer Service and Sales experience, ideally from a luxury cruise background.
- Must commit to delivering a high level of guest service.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to learn and understand policies and procedures to make reservations and assist callers with each aspect of the booking process.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Global Reservations Team and manage day-to-day operations.
- Monitor revenue and generated bookings.
- Coach reservations staff and monitor SOPs.
- Set KPIs, goals, SMART goals, and team schedules.
- Maximize sales by offering additional amenities and ancillary products.
- Process refunds and required booking amendments.
- Handle escalated trade calls to resolve issues promptly.
- Provide product knowledge and conduct performance reviews.
