Job summary

Four Seasons Resort Lana’i is seeking an Associate Golf Professional to deliver luxury guest service and oversee daily golf operations. You’ll assist with tournaments, merchandising, and player experiences, upholding the resort’s high standards.

Requirements include legal US work authorization, PGA Apprentice program enrollment, and the ability to stand long hours, lift up to 40 lbs, and hold a valid driver’s license. On-island housing and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Legal work authorization to work in the United States.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 40 lbs and push/pull as needed.
• Valid Driver’s License required for this role.
• Current enrolment in PGA Apprentice program (and in good standing).

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest service by welcoming golfers and guiding them through the resort experience.
• Manage daily golf operations including the starter podium, tee sheet, guest check-in and cart assignments.
• Develop knowledge of golf programs, merchandise, green fees and resort offerings to provide accurate information.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of golf facilities and equipment.
• Assist with planning and executing tournaments, outings, and familiarization programs.
