Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Cook, with demonstrated leadership capabilities.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment managing multiple orders and event timelines at once.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee kitchen team and schedules, ensuring smooth daily operations.
• Prepare and present each food item per standardized recipes.
• Scale recipes for high-volume service and large banquet events.
• Lead banquet plating line for speed, accuracy, and presentation.
• Mentor Cooks and communicate with the Sous Chef to resolve bottlenecks.
