Interluxe Group in New York City or Miami seeks a Senior Account Supervisor to lead luxury communications with a data-driven approach. You will guide integrated campaigns for destination clients, overseeing a small team and coordinating with strategists, creatives, and reporters.

The role emphasizes strategic thinking, client leadership, and measurable media results, with hybrid in-office requirements and travel as needed to engage top journalists and events throughout LATAM and beyond.

Qualifications

• Six to seven years work experience in travel/lifestyle PR.
• Minimum one year in a supervisory capacity managing at least 2 junior team members.
• Proficiency in Spanish a plus.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience launching campaigns with non-client partners.
• Solid portfolio of secured media coverage (national, magazine, newspaper, TV and digital).

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction to clients and team.
• Manage a 3-4 member team with LATAM focus.
• Maintain client relationships through meetings and events.
• Oversee account work and mentor junior staff.
• Provide strategic media results and measurement.
• Support crisis communications as needed.
• Identify stories, edit press releases and pitches.
• Develop relationships with journalists and influencers.
• Ideation and campaign development; brainstorms.
• Recommend events and partnerships.
• Influencer strategy and research.
• Escalate client issues with proposed solutions.
• Handle minor client issues independently.
• Perform market research and analysis.
• Oversee monthly and quarterly reporting.
• Stay updated on industry trends; attend events.
