Job summary

Teddy Baldassarre is seeking a Fulfillment Associate for our North Olmsted, OH office. This part-time, on-site role focuses on ensuring orders are processed accurately and shipped on time while upholding luxury brand standards.

The ideal candidate is reliable, tech-savvy, and quick to learn new platforms; experience with Google Workspace, inventory systems, and Shopify is a plus. Benefits include pro-rated PTO and a 401(k) retirement plan.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with inventory management or CRM systems required.
• Experience with Shopify or a similar e-commerce platform preferred.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new platforms quickly.
• Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).

Responsibilities

• Prep and process daily orders with accuracy.
• Pick, pack, and package orders to luxury brand standards.
• Receive inbound shipments and verify against docs.
• Move product to hold locations and maintain storage.
• Create and manage order transfers with Shopify.
• Process and document product warranties accurately.
• Quality control on outgoing orders and returns.
• Collaborate with team lead to prioritize workflow.
