Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to effectively interact with people of diverse backgrounds and cultures
• 4+ years or more of progressive hotel Rooms Management experience
• Pre-opening hotel experience preferred
• Service oriented with strong presentation and customer service skills
• Clear concise written and verbal communication in English
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

Responsibilities

• Oversee front office operations including staff training, inter-department communications, and scheduling
• Plan and manage budgets and labor costs for the Front Office
• Maintain guest room inventory and ensure guest satisfaction
• Coach staff to Hyatt service standards and procedures
• Respond to guest requests and complaints with prompt, effective action
• Analyze performance data and translate into practical action plans
