Job summary

East West Hospitality seeks an Assistant Guest Services Manager for Viceroy Snowmass in Snowmass Village, CO. You will support Front Office and Guest Services daily operations, coach teams, and maintain luxury service standards.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong guest focus, and collaboration across departments to deliver memorable experiences in a fast-paced luxury hotel environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
• Minimum 2–4 years of hotel operations, Front Office, or Guest Services experience, ideally in luxury environments.
• Experience in supervising or managing Front Office or Guest Services teams is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support daily Front Office and Guest Services operations to ensure a seamless luxury guest experience.
• Lead, coach, and motivate team members to deliver personalized service and high standards.
• Resolve guest concerns professionally with timely follow-up and proper documentation.
• Maintain an active presence on property to anticipate needs and enhance service quality.
• Collaborate with Housekeeping, Engineering, Reservations, Sales, and other departments for smooth operations.
• Assist with colleague training, onboarding, and performance feedback.
