Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of front desk experience in hospitality.
• Experience leading or training peers is a plus.
• Proficiency with hotel PMS systems and guest billing procedures.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests with warmth, personalizing service.
• Lead by example during check-in/check-out and uphold brand standards.
• Train new front desk agents and PBX staff on SOPs and systems.
• Coordinate room assignments for groups and VIPs with accuracy.
• Maintain organized, professional work area and support other departments as needed.
