Job summary

Sorrel River Ranch is seeking a Front Desk & Guest Services Team Member in Moab, Utah. You’ll be the first face guests meet, handling arrivals, questions, reservations, and daily logistics to make each stay effortless and personal.

The role requires a warm, organized, and tech‑savvy hospitality professional with 3+ years in front desk or concierge roles. MEWS experience preferred; flexible schedule; full-time and part-time opportunities; on-site housing available.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Front Desk, Guest Services, Concierge, or similar hospitality role.
• Strong administrative and computer skills.
• Experience with MEWS or other hospitality software.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with warm, attentive service.
• Assist with reservations, check-ins/outs, and billing questions.
• Coordinate guest itineraries and daily logistics with multiple departments.
• Answer questions about local attractions and Sorrel services.
• Maintain accurate front desk records and communications.
