Opal Grand Oceanfront Resort & Spa in Delray Beach seeks a Guest Services Manager to lead the Front Office team, including Front Desk, PBX, concierge, and bell/valet. The role requires a strong eye for guest satisfaction and collaboration with other departments.

The ideal candidate has supervisory experience in a luxury resort, excellent communication skills, and is available weekends and holidays. A high school diploma is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; additional education preferred.
• Previous supervisory experience in a front office luxury resort.
• Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Front Office team and oversee Front Desk operations, PBX, concierge, and bell/valet.
• Greet guests, handle check-in/out, and communicate hotel rates using suggestive selling.
• Maintain excellent guest relations and respond to inquiries promptly.
• Monitor daily house count, occupancy, and revenue opportunities.
• Ensure professional use of Front Office computer systems and radios.
• Train Front Office staff and support guest satisfaction initiatives.
