The Pinch in Charleston, SC seeks a warm, polished Front Desk Concierge to welcome guests and deliver personalized service throughout their stay. This role combines traditional front desk duties with concierge responsibilities, from pre-arrival coordination to dining reservations and curated Charleston itineraries.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury hospitality or high-touch service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage guests with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality.
• Manage guest arrivals and departures, including check-ins and check-outs, reservations, billing, and payment processing.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries by phone, email, and in person.
• Coordinate pre-arrival communication and personalize guest preferences.
• Provide guests with an introduction to The Pinch, its amenities, and services.
• Serve complimentary welcome beverages during arrival.
• Maintain detailed guest profiles with preferences and requests.
• Coordinate spa appointments and dining reservations (Resy).
• Offer recommendations for dining, attractions, and local experiences.
• Arrange transportation, deliveries, and special requests.
• Create personalized itineraries based on guest interests and length of stay.
• Assist with celebrations, VIP arrangements, and events.
• Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and urgency.
• Collaborate with Housekeeping, Engineering, F&B, and leadership.
• Maintain breakfast/coffee bar setup and presentation.
• Stay knowledgeable on offerings and local Charleston attractions.
