Salamander Middleburg is hiring a Front Desk Agent to warmly welcome guests, manage check-ins/outs, and handle inquiries with Forbes Five-Star service across the Rooms team. This full-time position suits individuals who enjoy guest interaction, problem-solving, and delivering memorable experiences in a fast-paced luxury hotel.

The role requires strong communication, computer skills, and the ability to multitask in a luxury environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous hotel, hospitality, Front Desk, or customer service experience preferred.
• Luxury hotel or resort experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly on arrival and assist with check-in/check-out.
• Answer guest inquiries and process reservations and billing questions.
• Provide information on resort amenities, dining, spa services, and local attractions.
• Handle cash, credit card transactions, and guest accounts accurately.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, reservations, concierge, and other departments for a seamless guest experience.
• Maintain Forbes Five-Star service standards at all times.
