Job summary

The St. Anthony Hotel, a Crescent Hotels & Resorts property, seeks a Guest Room Attendant to join the Housekeeping team in downtown San Antonio. Ensure clean, safe, and comfortable rooms and uphold luxury service standards.

Position requires physical tasks, teamwork, and availability for varied shifts; hotel operates in a historic luxury setting with strong guest focus and detailed cleanliness expectations.

Qualifications

• Must be a team player who can pitch in with duties as needed.
• Knowledge of chemical cleaning agents and how to operate cleaning equipment.
• Ability to push/pull equipment up to 100 lbs.
• Ability to scrub and scour surfaces and reach overhead cleaning tasks.
• Self-starting attitude with a neat, professional appearance.
• Able to communicate with guests professionally at all times.
• Willingness to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, toilets, sinks, mirrors, tiles and floors.
• Strip and remake beds with fresh linens; lift heavy items as needed.
• Dust furniture, fixtures, window sills and shelves.
• Vacuum the room thoroughly and empty trash.
• Replenish amenities and supplies in the guest room.
• Sign for room keys, retrieve and restock supplies for assigned rooms.
• Maintain attendance and be available to work regularly.
• Perform other duties as assigned by housekeeping supervisor.
