Qualifications

• Previous luxury hotel experience is required.
• Knowledge of the surrounding area and attractions is helpful.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities are essential.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods.
• Passionate about delivering warm, personalized service.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests and coordinate with departments to fulfill needs.
• Assist in arranging restaurant reservations and transportation.
