Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly welcome and assist with arrival and departure.
• Complete the registration process and input information into the computer, confirming guests and room rates.
• Process payments, vouchers, and currency conversions; post charges to accounts.
• Answer telephone calls promptly and relay messages to guests or staff.
• Close guest accounts at checkout and resolve guest concerns or disputes.
• Remain calm and set steps during busy periods or emergencies.
