Lucchese Bootmaker, a historic American brand based in El Paso, TX, is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to welcome customers, assess needs, and guide selections to deliver an exceptional in-store experience.

This full-time, on-site role focuses on product presentation, detailed boot information, sales transactions, stock replenishment, and collaboration with the team to meet store goals. Evening and weekend work is required.

Formación

• Strong Retail Sales and Sales skills, with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Solid Product Knowledge skills, including willingness to learn detailed features, materials, and craftsmanship of Lucchese boots.
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to engage customers and build lasting relationships.
• Prior experience in retail, fashion, footwear, or luxury goods is preferred.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, manage multiple tasks, and work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable, professional, and team-oriented, with a positive attitude and attention to detail.
• Basic proficiency with point-of-sale systems and standard retail technology.
• High school diploma or equivalent education; additional training in sales or customer service is a plus.
