Responsibilities

• Communicate orders between kitchen and service staff, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Ensure orders are completed with correct priority and presentation.
• Finish dishes with garnishes and clean presentation as needed.
• Assist servers, bartenders, and guests to enhance dining experience promptly and courteously.
• Engage with guests to ensure satisfaction with beverages and service quality.
• Maintain and clean restaurant equipment and dining areas.
• Keep the expediting area tidy, organized, and well stocked at all times.
• Ensure food is served in compliance with safety standards and temperatures.
• Check in with guests after delivery to ensure they have everything they need.
