Epping Forest Yacht & Country Club in Northeast Florida seeks an experienced restaurant supervisor to lead Ala Carte service, train staff and ensure high standards across F&B operations. You will collaborate with the Assistant Food & Beverage Director and other supervisors to maintain premier guest experiences in a luxury club setting.

The role requires prior supervisory and serving experience in upscale environments, knowledge of wine and beverages, and the ability to manage busy dining rooms

Qualificações

• Two years of restaurant supervisory experience.
• Two years of serving experience in a luxury club or resort, including training of new servers.
• Experience using a Point Of Sale (POS) system.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and manage Ala Carte staff in cooperation and absence of the Assistant Food & Beverage Director.
• Train and develop staff as well as assume ultimate responsibility for service and operations.
• Work cooperatively with other F&B supervisors and cover MOD shifts in the Mansion for Wheelhouse Cafe staff.
• Open dining room for service and maintain quality of service by coaching staff throughout peak hours.
