The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with expertise in menu development, team leadership, food and labor cost management, sanitation, and high-volume club hospitality. You will supervise all kitchen activities and maintain the club's standard of excellence.

Qualifications

• Prior Executive Chef or senior culinary leadership experience in private clubs, luxury resorts, hotels, or high-volume hospitality.
• Culinary degree or equivalent training.
• Proven track record leading, training, and developing a diverse culinary team.
• Strong knowledge of menu development, banquet operations, food preparation, purchasing, inventory management, food cost controls, and labor management.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and day-to-day leadership for all culinary operations.
• Develop creative, seasonally appropriate menus, daily specials, banquet offerings, and innovative culinary concepts.
• Collaborate with culinary leadership and events teams to coordinate dining and event experiences.
• Recruit, train, schedule, coach, evaluate, and supervise culinary staff.
• Maintain high standards of food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety.
• Monitor food costs, labor costs, waste, and inventory controls.
