Job summary

The Cooper at Beemok Hospitality Collection in Charleston seeks a Retail Attendant for our luxury boutique. You will deliver personalized shopping experiences, assist VIP guests, and handle in-room deliveries and concierge coordination, all while upholding Forbes 5-Star service standards.

Ideal candidates bring at least 1 year of luxury retail or hospitality experience, superb communication, and a keen eye for presentation and guest confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of retail, guest service, or hospitality experience—luxury or boutique environment preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; poised, articulate, and professional.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with warmth and professionalism, using guest names when known.
• Provide personalized shopping assistance, product recommendations, and gift suggestions.
• Build rapport with guests, including VIP clientele, and maintain records of preferences and past purchases.
• Process all point-of-sale transactions (cash, card, room charges, gift cards, exchanges).
• Assist with packaging, delivery to guest rooms, and coordination with Concierge or Bell Staff.
• Maintain a pristine, elegant boutique environment and assist with merchandising and inventory checks.
