The Houstonian Hotel, Club & Spa seeks a Floral Design Manager to lead the creative direction and operations of its luxury floral program. You will drive daily installations, interior plantscaping, weddings, and events while ensuring profitability and guest satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have 6–10 years in high-end floral design, 3–5 years in leadership, and a track record of managing luxury projects with a strong vendor network.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6-10 years progressive floral design experience.
• 3-5 years leadership experience in a floral studio or luxury operation.
• Proven experience managing a team and coordinating multiple events.
• Experience with luxury hospitality venues and high-end weddings.

Responsibilities

• Provide creative direction and maintain luxury floral standards across all venues.
• Lead daily studio operations, procurement, inventory, and installations.
• Oversee weddings, member events, and corporate functions with client collaboration.
• Develop budget, pricing, and revenue strategies; manage P&L.
• Collaborate with marketing to promote floral offerings and programs.
