Qualifications

• 5+ years in progressive restaurant management, preferably in fine-dining.
• Experience leading large front-of-house and management teams.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and costs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily hospitality operations with high standards of service and customer satisfaction.
• Develop strategies to drive revenue, private dining, corporate dining, and events.
• Manage budgets, monitor food costs, and control expenses for profitability.
• Lead, train, and mentor staff to foster a positive work environment.
• Serve as a visible floor leader for seamless service and guest relations.
• Analyze P&L statements and implement incentive programs to motivate the team.
• Maintain relationships with VIPs and corporate clients while delivering elevated guest experiences.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, wage and hour regulations.
