Qualifications

• Strong leadership and staff development skills.
• Solid P&L, budgeting, and cost control experience.
• Ability to partner with Executive Chef and lead front-of-house.

Responsibilities

• Lead front-of-house operations with exceptional hospitality.
• Develop and implement SOPs for all restaurant operations.
• Train and mentor a high-performance team.
• Collaborate with Executive Chef to align service with concepts.
• Oversee P&L, budgets, and cost control.
• Monitor reservations, guest feedback, and efficiency.
• Ensure food safety and regulatory compliance.
• Build relationships with vendors and partners.
